5. Refunds & Cancellations
• Digital Offerings: All purchases of downloadable content (e.g., PDF courses, audio files) are non-refundable due to the instant nature of delivery.
• One-on-One Sessions: Refunds are not offered for private sessions. However, appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost.
• All private sessions must be scheduled and used within 90 days of purchase, unless otherwise arranged with us in advance. Unclaimed sessions beyond this timeframe may be forfeited.

By signing up for our newsletter, submitting forms, or booking sessions, you agree to receive communication from us. You may unsubscribe at any time. We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.
